Preys-World - DLC Galore

With some of the biggest hits this year having been released, developers are taking advantage of the Xbox Live and PSN distribution systems by continuing to support their games after launch with patches and downloadable content. This last week or so seems to have been identified as the best time for showing off future game content updates with several announcements across the board for games over the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and even PC platforms all being made public.

Falllout 3 will be seeing a content release for the Games For Windows service and Xbox 360; featuring a host of new locations and quests with PC users getting a free game editor and the promise of further content updates for both systems in February and March.

Fable 2, in a similar vein, will be receiving a new explorable location with quests and fresh items at a cost of Microsoft Points along with a free co-op update and priced Premium themes to go with the New Xbox Experience dashboard.

Grand Theft Auto 4 will be delivering on its promise of episodic gaming content with an exclusive 360 update where you, split from the character of Niko, play the role of a biker gang member and partake in missions surrounding his unique story. Alongside general content the package will feature new multiplayer modes, new weapons, new vehicles and new music.

And finally; Dead Space Xbox 360 and PS3 users will have the option of picking up new colour schemes for their armour and weapons as well as an array of new weapons and weapon upgrades to enhance your alien-killing abilities for a cost.
